Our Story
To the glory of God and for the benefit of humanity, we are pleased to introduce to you Ebidou Comprehensive Academy situated on a fourteen (14) plots of land along Tinacious road in Edepie, Yenagoa Local Government Area of Bayelsa State.
The school commenced its academic activities in September, 2014 and is approved by the state government, the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) and the National Examinations Council (NECO). It consists of pre-nursery, nursery, primary and secondary sections with well experienced, qualified and motivated teachers and non-academic staff.

The school provides quality education in an affordable, conducive environment focusing on technology, good manners, and sound moral and Godly principles.
Our Academic curriculum covers both Nigerian and the United Kingdom syllabus. We have a very impressive academic performance record on both WAEC AND NECO Examinations respectively. We have functional laboratories for both science and art subjects with fully equipped library in a serene environment for learning. It is a safe, quiet, clean and spacious area for parents to drop off their children/wards.
Security of pupils and students are our top priority especially in this era of insecurity.

Ayebaene Teki is an accomplished educationist, schools supervisor, and passionate educator dedicated to advancing academic excellence, educational leadership, and innovation in teaching and learning. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from KNUST, Ghana; a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from NTI, Kaduna; a Diploma in Human Resources Management; and a Master's degree in Public Health from NOUN. He also holds a Certificate in AI Essentials from ALX Africa. A registered teacher with TRCN, he currently serves as the Principal of the Secondary Section at Ebidou Comprehensive Academy, where he champions academic excellence, discipline, innovation, and international best practices in education.

Mrs. Ene Appah is a distinguished Senior Educationist with over 17 years of transformative experience in teaching, school leadership, curriculum development, and educational policy. She holds a B.Ed in Curriculum Planning from NDU, a PGD in Educational Leadership and Policy from NTI, and is pursuing an M.Ed in Guidance and Counseling. A certified TRCN member and Fellow of the Institute of Educational Management, she has been instrumental in raising academic standards for children aged 2-10 and building a culture of excellence. Under her leadership, the school achieved outstanding Common Entrance results and established academic partnerships with UNICEF and SUBEB.

Engr. Ebidou O. Teki is the visionary founder and proprietor of Ebidou Comprehensive Academy. With a deep passion for education and a commitment to nurturing future-ready leaders, he established the school in September 2014 on fourteen (14) plots of land along Tinacious Road in Edepie, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.
Driven by a desire to provide quality education in an affordable and conducive environment, he envisioned a school that would combine academic excellence with digital technology training, moral integrity, and godly principles. His leadership has guided the school to achieve approval from the Bayelsa State Government, WAEC, and NECO, while consistently maintaining an impressive academic performance record.
Under his guidance, Ebidou Comprehensive Academy has grown to encompass Pre-Nursery, Nursery, Primary, and Secondary sections, with well-equipped science laboratories, a modern computer laboratory, a fully stocked library, and a team of qualified, experienced, and motivated teachers. His unwavering dedication to the safety, well-being, and holistic development of every child remains the cornerstone of the school's mission.
